The Detailer is primarily responsible for washing, cleaning, polishing and performing general upkeep on car interiors and exteriors to ensure they are clean and presentable for customers. This position will also provide general assistance at the dealership including but not limited to moving cars, assisting co-workers and cleaning of the dealership offices and showrooms.

The Finance Administrator performs several vital functions to establish and maintain the financial procedures for House of Cars Group including reviewing and confirming the agreed-upon sales figures. The Finance Administrator must practice strict legal compliance and ethical behaviour. The Finance Administrator reviews the customer’s credit application and credit report and discusses the available finance options with the Sales Manager to meet the customers’ needs, then prepares the delivery documentation, including the preparation of the loan documents, licensing paperwork and other legal forms required by provincial and federal regulatory bodies. The Finance Administrator is responsible for disclosing to the customer all aspects of the sale, including finance charges and interest rates. The Finance Administrator will provide products and services including extended warranties, service packages and insurance products that meet the needs of our clients.

The Sales Manager is the leader of the dealership’s sales team. This individual is responsible for building and supporting a team of highly productive salespeople that can achieve sales and revenue growth expectations and provide a high standard of customer service. This individual will plan, organize, direct, mentor and evaluate subordinate sales staff, ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, and provide staff with up to date marketing and promotional information. The Sales Manager is directly responsible for developing a passionate, customer-focused sales team that achieves repeat business through the development of strong relationships and by regularly exceeding customer expectations.

The Office Manager is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties for the entire dealership. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, emails, arranging travel plans, paying invoices, organizing client files, inventory, ordering office and dealership supplies, month end duties and keeping an organized office. The incumbent requires previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant and it would be an asset to have basic knowledge of automotive dealership and vehicles.
